Personal data protection

By using the website www.lunchlab.md, the User expresses consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for placing, confirming and fulfilling orders.

Processing of personal data is carried out exclusively for lawful purposes, including but not limited to: providing ordered goods and services, informing about special offers and promotions, conducting analytics (including using Google Analytics services), using cookies, as well as sending notifications and newsletters.

Personal data is stored and processed only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in strict accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

Prana Cafe SRL applies commercially reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, ensure data accuracy and its correct use. The User acknowledges that the transmission of information over the internet or wireless networks cannot be completely protected, which is why the transfer of personal data is carried out at the User's own risk.

Order placement and payment

Before making payment, the Buyer is provided with all necessary information about the order, including its composition and total cost.

Payment is made using payment instruments provided by B.C. Victoriabank S.A. The order is subject to full payment before delivery. If there is no full payment, delivery of ordered goods will not be made.

Refund of funds is carried out by the same payment method that was used when placing the order.

The website www.lunchlab.md uses secure data transmission channels. Prana Cafe SRL does not store or process Buyers' bank card data used during payment operations.

Delivery of products / goods / services

After placing an order, the Buyer is provided with information about the estimated delivery date of the order by courier service.

Delivery times may be changed in individual cases, including unfavorable weather conditions, periods of state holidays, as well as unforeseen technical or organizational circumstances. In case of such situations, the Buyer will be notified additionally.

Delivery can be made to any specified address — home, office or other agreed address, without additional charge. For each order, only one delivery address is allowed. If delivery to multiple addresses is required, separate orders must be placed.

Upon receiving the order, the Buyer is recommended to check the integrity of the packaging, as well as the presence of a tax receipt in the presence of the courier. Claims related to these aspects are accepted only at the time of receiving the order.

Returns and compensation

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 105 of 13.03.2003 «On Consumer Protection», the Buyer has the right to demand a reduction in cost or refund of the amount paid for the product, as well as compensation for losses incurred in case of identifying product defects during its shelf life, provided that usage instructions and storage rules are followed.

Since LunchLab products belong to the category of ready-made food products, return or compensation is possible exclusively in case of objective quality defects confirmed at the time of receipt or within the established shelf life.

In case of refusal to continue nutrition for personal reasons of the Buyer, not related to product quality or circumstances for which the Seller is responsible, the following return policy applies:

  if more than 50% of the paid meal plan has been used, the cost of remaining rations is not refunded;

• •

  if less than 50% of the paid meal plan has been used, a partial refund of 25% of the cost of the unused portion is possible.

The specified conditions are due to the peculiarities of ready-made food production and procurement planning, and are applied in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
